I love Bootcamp! The videos are incredibly helpful and concise so I am able to learn what I need to know quickly. I also love all of the practice questions and explanations that are provided. Definitely wouldn't have passed some of my exams without Bootcamp!
Bootcamp is the best boards prep resource I have ever used! Bootcamp is organized extremely well and covers everything needed for boards. Dr. Roviso is wonderful at quickly summarizing older concepts you may need to recall when watching some videos, and he makes connecting the dots on topics so easy. With Bootcamp I feel like I never memorized anything, instead I was taught concepts that enabled me to critically think and work through any problem. My favorite feature is the small quizzes following almost every single video that forced me to recall information right away, and the questions can be used again to review high yield topics in the form of "bites". Many videos include a boards style question walk through where he not only explains why the answer is correct, but also explains why the other answers are incorrect and different ways to obtain the correct answer. Everyone on Bootcamp is extremely knowledgable and amazing at breaking down concepts that are notoriously known to be difficult for students. The summary tables and mnemonics are very good for the few things I do need to memorize, and recently an OMM section was added making it a more friendly source for DO's studying for COMLEX.
Med School Bootcamp rocks because it's super easy to use, I initially started using it for the anatomy quizzes but quickly learned about its other uses. The abundance of quizzes really served as a valuable tool for assessing and reinforcing my knowledge as well as filling in gaps. They've also got loads of Step 1 questions – perfect for prepping for Step 1. Additionally, I love that it covers pathology and pharmacology because other resources just use one or the other. It is the perfect resource for me and always the one I open first when learning new material - highly recommend!!
Med School Bootcamp has helped me understand material in a very concise and easy to follow way. Being able to apply what I have learned to questions, helps solidify the information. The anatomy courses bootcamp offers is such an amazing tool since it shows cadaver and radiology photos!
Med School Bootcamp excels in its thorough coverage of challenging subjects, notably path, anatomy and histology, which are often inadequately addressed in similar resources. The variety in their question bank, balancing concise 'bite-sized' questions with more detailed, Step 1-like challenges, significantly enriches my learning experience. It has become my preferred tool for unpacking complex topics and enhancing the efficiency of my study sessions.
Bootcamp does a great job of explaining complex concepts in an organized way. Information is delivered in a way that emphasizes key, high-yield details without neglecting the big picture. One of the most helpful features of Bootcamp is the inclusion of practice questions. By providing varying orders of questions, students can test themselves as they develop a stronger understanding of the concepts. Overall, Bootcamp has been helpful for me in medical school thus far and I would highly recommend this resource.
I have loved my experience with Bootcamp. From quick support responses, to the intuitive website, I can quickly get studying done. Not to mention the amazing phone/iPad apps that let me listen while on the go. I love the explanations, and the PowerPoint format that helps me understand a system from front to back. I will no doubt continue to use this resource for the next several years, and can’t wait to see what improvements come along in the future.
Med School Bootcamp has helped me immensely in learning material for medical school quizzes, exams, and overall just improving my understanding of medicine. I have especially benefitted a lot from the gross anatomy videos which have helped me not only memorize, but truly understand the structures and functions of organ systems. Whenever I am having trouble with concepts from lecture - Bootcamp is the first place I go!
My professor and academic support specialists suggested Bootcamp as a reliable study resource and I am so happy they did. Each lesson has a handout, multiple easy-to-comprehend videos, and practice questions to assess your understanding. The Qbank practice questions are boards-based and the Bites are quick questions that are great for review. The anatomy practice questions are numerous, showing the same structure multiple times at different angles, and often have videos associated with them to explain the answer memorization tips.
Bootcamp was the easiest decision for our class since our class representative was able to get our school a discount by getting at least 30 of us interested in Bootcamp. The deal for two years seemed worth it and it definitely was. The lectures are by far better than other platforms (in my opinion) because Bootcamp integrates all findings together with a certain topic. Any diagnostic imaging or microscopy is always shown with the topic in a way that it helps the information stick. Additionally, the post lecture mini quizzes really help the information stick as it gives you the second pass through of information. Typically it takes 3 pass through information to solidify it to memory, and along with Anki Bootcamp, I feel like I am able to learn this information easier.
Using Bootcamp.com has been instrumental in supplementing my in-house lectures with a well-organized and easy-to-use platform with many practice questions to continually assess my knowledge as I go through each block. I began using Bootcamp during my anatomy block, and I was incredibly impressed by its user-friendly, intuitive, clean, and crisp design. Med school is time-consuming, and Bootcamp helps soften the background noise and keeps me focused on the most high-yield, up-to-date, and relevant clinical correlations to the material I am learning.
Starting to use this platform as an M1 has made it much easier to strategize where I should focus my time and energy in my studies to think like a future doctor while also preparing myself to pass my first of the three USMLE Step exams. Bootcamp not only facilitates a structured review but also bolsters my confidence in tackling the Step 1 exam's challenges. Med School Bootcamp is an invaluable companion.
My life has been changed ever since I discovered Bootcamp. Bootcamp has absolutely phenomenal videos and content that help me tremendously for my school exams. Bootcamp helps me make not only clinical connections but also understand the big picture of concepts by using repetition to jog my memory. Bootcamp has been, by far, the best resource for my medical school journey!
Med School Bootcamp's organized and structured approach to course materials has really helped me grasp complex medical concepts more thoroughly. The interactive elements and engaging multimedia resources have added an enjoyable dimension to my study routine, making my M1 and current M2 years more engaging. The STEP1 Qbank and Anki tags provided by the platform have given me a strong sense of readiness and confidence as I prepare for my upcoming Step 1 exam. I would highly recommend this resource to any student looking for a comprehensive study resource!
I am such a fan of Med School Bootcamp!! I really started using this resource M2 year and it’s made such a difference, I wish I could go back and use it from the beginning of M1. The videos are engaging, explain the “why” and relate material to other previously discussed concepts. I also love having short review questions and NBME-style questions. Can’t recommend it enough!
Starting med school this fall, I quickly found myself overwhelmed with material and equally overwhelmed with resources. I was hesitant at first, but within just a few hours of studying with Med School Bootcamp, I knew I was getting my money's worth! I love how it centralizes all of the information in one place and is pretty comprehensive so far. It organizes topics in a way that works well for my learning style. I really like to download the powerpoint pdf lectures onto my iPad so that I can add notes as I watch their videos. Also, I'd like to add that they have amazing customer service! I always have lots of questions and the chat feature lets me ask those questions at any time. Plus, the responses are always very timely and by a real person! Overall great resource and it scored me a 97% on my last anatomy exam - so safe to say I'll be sticking to Bootcamp for a while!
Bootcamp covers everything I need to know! It aligns so well with my school curriculum but covers the material more succinctly and intuitively than lectures... don't tell my professors but I've almost fully replaced their material with Bootcamp!
When I started medical school, it became clear to me that the study habits I had developed in undergrad were not effective in this new environment. To effectively learn and retain the massive amount of material, I need to employ the strategies of using more than resource and doing active recall after each new topic is introduced. I would not be able to do that without Bootcamp. The short videos are phenomenal for previewing and revisiting the topics covered in my professors lectures and the short quizzes after each video really help me recall what I just watched.
Bootcamp is an essential resource for students preparing for in-house medical school and board exams. Its comprehensive approach blends detailed content review with realistic practice questions, helping to solidify understanding of complex medical concepts. The structured format of Bootcamp promotes discipline and focus, ensuring systematic coverage of all necessary material. Moreover, Bootcamp's emphasis on targeted learning strategies, rather than mere rote memorization, greatly aids in the long-term retention of medical knowledge.
Bootcamp is amazing! It condenses the topics very well and it is divided with the general topic it is under which is very organized. I like the small quizzes right after videos too because it makes sure I'm learning high yield topics as I go along. I love Bootcamp and will be sure to use it during STEP studying.
Bootcamp.com has been an invaluable resource for me during my medical school journey. The comprehensive video lectures and concise slides provide a clear and thorough explanation of medical concepts in a logical and organized manner. The practice questions and Qbanks have helped me solidify my understanding of the material to identify areas where I need further practice, and the Bootcamp tag in Anking has allowed me to effectively memorize and recall information after watching the videos. My favorite part about Bootcamp is the instructors - their enthusiasm for teaching and ability to break down complex topics into digestible pieces of information is unmatched.
