Key Takeaway

Bootcamp's INBDE Study Schedule is broken up into three phases:

Learning: Work through and review the first half of each question bank; use lighter days to catch up and watch Mental Dental videos if needed.

Testing: Use the Create a Test feature to study 60 questions/day and finish the remaining unused questions in the question bank.

Simulation: Take the 500-question simulation exam under test conditions and continue reviewing tagged questions.

How the Study Schedule is Organized

The study schedule is broken up into three phases.

    1. Learning + Reviewing: In this first phase, you’ll work through and review the first half of each question bank in order. If you’re weaker in a subject, you can watch the Mental Dental videos for that subject (optional).

    • For example, If there are 91 questions in a topic's question bank, you'll answer 45 of them (the first half).

    2. Testing + Reviewing: In the second phase, you’ll use the Create a Test feature to pull 60 unused questions from different subjects each day, completing the remaining questions in each question bank, and master questions you’ve tagged as Learning or Reviewing.

The questions will now be taken from all the subjects so that you'll be exposed to a large variety of question types.

The goal is to complete 60 unused questions/day for the next two weeks to complete all of the questions in the question bank (the Simulation Exam questions will come afterwards).

Within the test settings, you can choose between tutor and timed. We recommend at this stage using Tutor and Untimed (the goal is learning from the questions and explanations). But you can choose your own settings here to cater to how you best learn.

    3. Simulation + Reviewing: In the final phase, you’ll complete the INBDE Simulation Exam (500 questions) under testing conditions and continue reviewing and mastering questions you’ve tagged as Learning or Reviewing.

Pass the INBDE: If you’ve gone through and understand the questions on Bootcamp, and you've hit your pass targets, you’re ready to pass the INBDE.
