The DLOSCE (Dental Licensure Objective Structured Clinical Examination) is a computer-based licensing exam from the ADA. It tests clinical judgment using patient cases, clinical photos, radiographs, and 3D models, without testing on live patients. ADEX used to give its own OSCE as part of the ADEX Dental Examination. In 2026, ADEX retired its OSCE and replaced it with the DLOSCE, and you now take the DLOSCE as part of the ADEX exam.
