Why Deena Thinks Students Should Start With DAT Bootcamp Right off the Bat

I would advise students to start off using DAT Bootcamp right off the bat. I had several friends who used different study programs, but didn’t get the results they had hoped for. They ended up switching to the DAT Bootcamp and got their desired scores. My advice: save your time and money and begin your studying with the DAT Bootcamp!

What is one piece of advice you would give to another student preparing to take the DAT?

I would advise students to start off using DAT Bootcamp right off the bat. I had several friends who used different study programs, but didn’t get the results they had hoped for. They ended up switching to the DAT Bootcamp and got their desired scores. My advice: save your time and money and begin your studying with the DAT Bootcamp!

How did you use DAT Bootcamp to prepare for the DAT?

One of the many things that makes the DAT Bootcamp so great is that they provide you with a 60-day schedule, which makes the studying so much less overwhelming. I took 2.5 months to study for my DAT over one of my summer breaks in undergrad. I chose to print out all of the detailed PDF study guides they provided to make it easy on my eyes. I watched all the videos they provided that reviewed the material I needed to know for the exam and made flashcards for the Biology section. I also took every one of their practice exams and used the PAT generator 30 minutes a day!

What would you do differently to prepare for the DAT?

I would have started studying for the perceptual ability test (PAT) earlier. I didn’t realize that I could begin studying for the PAT at any point in undergrad. If I were to go back in time, I would’ve begun studying for this section my freshman or sophomore year.
