The transition from undergrad to grad school was challenging, especially with anatomy. Anatomy Bootcamp was a great resource! I saw significant improvement in my lab scores after consistent practice. The different question styles like identification, application, and clinical correlates helped solidify the big picture!
I was struggling with anatomy in the fall of my first year of medical school when a friend told me about Bootcamp and how it helped him tremendously. I used the free version in the fall a few times and ended up buying the full version for neuroanatomy in the spring. I'm so glad I did this because it really helped me solidify the structures when my class was moving so fast. I did all of the videos and practice questions for neuroanatomy and ended up doing well on our lab exams. Very thankful for concise yet thorough explanations!
Anatomy Bootcamp helped me increase my practical scores by a landslide! The cadaver images are very helpful and high quality. They also offer great landmarks and hints to remember the anatomy. I love the cadaver practice questions, so helpful for exams. I definitely recommend Anatomy Bootcamp for dental students!
Anatomy Bootcamp has everything I could ever need to learn anatomy. The dissections and practice questions are by far my favorite way to prepare for my exams. There is a wide variety of examples with explanations that don’t just explain the correct answer, but explain why the other answer choices are wrong.
Anatomy was a really difficult experience for me because my learning style in normal pre-clinical coursework wasn't helping me learn what I needed to know. My school's teaching style worked for some, but not me, and I couldn't slam the spacebar to learn anatomy via loads of Anki the way a lot of my classmates were doing. Following along with the videos and annotating the slides, taught it a really concise way, was what I really needed. If you feel like you don't need the lessons, I still think Bootcamp stands out in terms of its Question Banks, which use real cadaveric images that are annotated. Personally, I learn really well with questions, and trying to complete as much of the Question Banks as possible was what made me really confident with the practical component of my Anatomy exams -- I especially don't know what I would have done with Bootcamp's Neuroanatomy module (and I currently recommend the Qbanks to everyone that tells me they struggle too).
Bootcamp has been an excellent resource for learning anatomy. I use it both to prepare for anatomy lecture/lab and to review any information I missed during lecture/lab. The way that modules are set up in Bootcamp -- slides are provided but incomplete for the student to fill out -- has been very effective for my learning. Additionally, I really appreciate the identification question banks available after each module. These are really great at solidifying what I just learned into my brain! Moreover, Lance is an excellent anatomy instructor and explains everything in a thorough yet easy-to-understand manner. Finally, Bootcamp's excellent user interface makes keeping track of my progress very straightforward.
BOOTCAMP IS PHENOMENAL! The lessons are concise, organized and explain topics very well. The layout of the website is intuitive and user friendly. The question banks are a great way to prepare for my medical school exams as well as STEP1. The instructors are great with repetition as well as they look like they are having fun, so it makes the lessons even more enjoyable.
Anatomy Bootcampproves to be an invaluable asset throughout my medical school journey. Aligned seamlessly with my curriculum, it prioritizes high-yield concepts crucial for excelling in my school exams. My academic performance owes much to this platform, as it has significantly contributed to my success in medical school.
